Position: Data Scientist – AI/ML Location: Spring Hill, TN Type: Contract / C2C / W2 Duration: Long-Term About the Role: We’re seeking a highly skilled and passionate Data Scientist specializing in AI and Machine Learning to join our growing analytics and data innovation team. In this role, you’ll design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning models and AI-driven solutions to solve real-world business problems and create measurable value. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement predictive models, classification algorithms, and optimization solutions using AI/ML frameworks. Work with structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data sources including text, images, and sensor data. Perform data wrangling, exploratory data analysis (EDA), and feature engineering to prepare data for modeling. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Engineers, Software Developers, and Business Analysts to gather requirements and deliver AI-powered solutions. Deploy ML models into production environments using CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Continuously monitor, maintain, and retrain models as needed to ensure accuracy and performance. Stay up to date with emerging trends and research in AI, ML, Deep Learning, and Generative AI. Visualize and present data insights, model outcomes, and business implications to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Required Skills & Qualifications: ✅ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field. ✅ 4+ years of experience as a Data Scientist or AI/ML Engineer. ✅ Strong proficiency in Python, and experience with libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost, Pandas, NumPy. ✅ Experience in NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI projects is a plus. ✅ Solid understanding of Supervised, Unsupervised, and Reinforcement Learning algorithms. ✅ Familiarity with SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib/Seaborn). ✅ Experience working with cloud services (AWS Sagemaker, Azure ML, or GCP AI Platform). ✅ Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. Preferred Skills: Exposure to MLOps tools (MLFlow, Kubeflow, or Airflow). Experience with Big Data tools (Spark, Hadoop). Knowledge of Time Series Forecasting, Deep Learning architectures (CNN, RNN, LSTM, Transformer models). Certifications in AI/ML or Cloud platforms are a plus.
