Genomics/Broad experience working with omics datasets and high-throughput biological data
Responsibilities:
Development of novel analytical frameworks for post-processing, interpretation, and visualization approaches of high throughput NGS-based structure-function assays such as deep mutational scanning and CRISPR tiling
Drive collaboration with visualization and pipeline development groups to develop web-based data browser and custom NGS processing workflows in support of these structure-function assay frameworks
Collaborate with biologists and drug development stakeholders to process and execute novel analysis frameworks for pre-clinical experiments in the early target oncology space.
Basic Qualifications:
Masters Degree with 3+ years of academic and/or industry experience
Ph.D. or equivalent advanced degree in bioinformatics, molecular biology, statistics, physics, genetics, or similar with 0+ years of academic and/or industry experience
Qualifications:
Strong experience in R or other high-level programing languages for complex data analysis
Broad experience working with omics datasets and high-throughput biological data
Experience with functional genomics screening platform (CRISPR, RNAi) analysis and/or structural biology is a plus
Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills, rigorous and creative thinking
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, and to handle several concurrent projects autonomously
Excellent communication, data presentation, and visualization skills

The starting hourly compensation for this assignment is the following range ($75-$83.26/hr).
