About the Role: Seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join the Digital Sciences team within the Analytical Enabling Capabilities sub-department of Analytical Research & Development. The successful candidate will contribute to establishing data workflows, dashboards, and predictive tools that support the identification, characterization, and development of novel medicines and vaccines across all drug modalitiesβincluding small molecules, peptides, biologics, and vaccines.
Responsibilities:
β’ Develop interactive dashboards, reports, and predictive tools
β’ Work with tools like Python, Shiny, Streamlit, Power BI, Tableau
β’ Connect to AWS data sources (S3, RedShift, Glue, Athena)
β’ Collaborate with scientists and digital teams across modalities (small molecule, biologics, vaccines)
Qualifications:
β’ Python development and deployment on Posit (RStudio)
β’ Data visualization using Shiny, Dash, Streamlit, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
β’ Git/GitHub version control
β’ Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI & Power Apps)
β’ Strong communication and ability to work independently or on a team
Required Skills:
β’ Data pipeline experience (Dataiku, Databricks)
β’ SQL and relational database experience
β’ Familiarity with graph databases (Neo4j, AWS Neptune)
β’ Experience with statistical tools like JMP or Minitab
Preferred Skills:
β’ Location: Hybrid β 3 days/week on-site at Boston, MA / Rahway, NJ / West Point, PA
β’ Duration: 12 months with potential for extension
β’ Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
