One of my clients is looking for an Senior Data Scientist with Dataiku - Oakland, CA | Rancho Cordova, CA | Alpharetta, GA (Hybrid) for a contract role. • Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of relevant experience. • 5+ years of extensive, hands-on experience with Dataiku, delivering full lifecycle data science solutions. • Proven strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead weekly meetings with other Data Scientists and cross-functional teams. • Experience partnering with data architecture, data engineering, and business analytics teams to identify, design, and implement machine learning (ML) use cases that address real-world business challenges. • Ability to work within a Data & Analytics Center of Excellence, executing the company’s Enterprise Data & Analytics strategy, fostering a data-driven culture, ensuring governance of data assets, and driving impactful business insights. • Proven ability to lead complex technical projects and collaborate across all levels of IT and business. • Strong project leadership and organizational skills, with experience delivering high-impact technical solutions. • Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Expertise in developing and delivering training or mentorship to team members. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills. • Experience developing business cases, proposals, and presentations.
