Data Scientist

Our client is currently seeking a Data Scientist. This is a 6 plus month 100% remote USA W2 contract. Rate: $68-$72 on W2, no C2C Job Title: Data Scientist Job Description: The Data Scientist leverages mathematics, statistics, modeling, business analysis, and technology to transform large, complex datasets into actionable insights and advanced analytic solutions. This role involves varied assignments that often require interpretation and independent judgment to determine the best course of action. Responsibilities: • Develop, maintain, and collect structured and unstructured datasets for analysis and reporting. • Create reports, projections, models, and presentations to support business strategies and decision-making. • Apply advanced analytics techniques to solve complex business problems. • Understand organizational strategy and objectives, and ensure alignment with related areas. • Make decisions regarding work methods, including in ambiguous situations, with minimal supervision. • Follow established guidelines and procedures while contributing innovative solutions. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. • 4+ years of technical experience in data science or analytics. • Proven experience in: • Developing and maintaining structured and unstructured datasets. • Creating reports, projections, models, and presentations. • Using mathematics, statistics, modeling, and technology to deliver advanced analytic solutions. • Strong understanding of organizational strategy and its linkages to related areas. • Ability to work independently and make decisions in ambiguous situations. • Passion for improving consumer experiences through data-driven insights. Preferred Qualifications: • Master’s degree in a related field. • Experience with Power Automate. • Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and techniques.
