Data Scientist

Duration: 18 month contract + extensions Location: Must go onsite 3 days a week in either Atlanta, GA or Alpharetta, GA Compensation: $60-65hr W2 Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. We need Advanced Analytics experience and a person that has worked with Python and R in addition to Power BI and SQL server. Additional Advanced Analytics experience they are looking for: Correlation, Regression, Distributional (percentiles), Subgroup Analysis, Propensity Score Matching, Time Series/Trend. Must-haves • 5+ years of experience in Power BI Development • 5+ years of DAX experience • SQL Server experience • Strong Advanced Analytics experience – like Correlation, Regression, Distributional (percentiles), Subgroup Analysis, Propensity Score Matching, Time Series/Trend. • Experience with Python and R for advanced analytics Day-to-Day Our client is looking for a Business Intelligence (PBI) report writer who is used to working on a small team and wearing many hats for a critical role supporting an internal product. In this role, you will be dedicated to taking high level ideas/design and communicate directly with stakeholders to get detailed requirements. You will not work off a document, but you will need to understand the business problem, make recommendations, create a proof of concept and offer a solution. Therefore, previous experience defining requirements is essential, along with excellent communication skills.
