Overview
Our client is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to design, develop, and deploy advanced statistical models and analytical solutions. In this role, you will analyze complex datasets to uncover actionable insights, drive data-driven decision-making, and optimize business processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the full lifecycle of data science projects, from initial data exploration and pipeline development to model training, evaluation, and production-level operationalization.
Responsibilities Lead data exploration and data analysis tasks to support broad organizational analytics objectives.
Design, build, and deploy high-performing statistical modeling applications.
Evaluate, tune, and optimize machine learning models to ensure high performance, scalability, and seamless operationalization.
Write complex, advanced SQL queries across multiple syntaxes to extract, manipulate, and analyze large-scale datasets.
Document project objectives, methodologies, and procedures clearly to ensure reproducibility and alignment across teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex business problems into technical data science solutions.
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field plus 8 years of relevant work experience. In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required for a total of 12 years of experience.
Proficiency in statistical modeling applications and advanced SQL across multiple syntaxes. Expert ability to leverage a wide variety of data science tools and frameworks.
Expert ability to support data exploration and data analysis tasks. Strong knowledge in model evaluation, tuning, performance, operationalization, and the scalability of scientific techniques.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively document objectives, procedures, and technical concepts for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
2-4 years of Healthcare experience.
4-6 years of experience in Operating systems/APIs (Embedded)
Salesforce experience.
