Key Skills Required:
• 5+ years in Data Science, Analytics, or Data Engineering
• Retail / Consumer Goods domain experience preferred
• Strong SQL & Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn, Statsmodels)
• Experience with ML models, forecasting, and exploratory data analysis
• Familiarity with Airflow, dbt, Spark, and data pipelines
• Experience with AI Agents / LLM-powered applications
• Knowledge of Data Governance, Metadata, and Data Quality
• Exposure to Knowledge Graphs / Neo4j / RDF preferred
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Responsibilities:
• Build analytical models, forecasting solutions, and ML frameworks
• Perform data analysis to drive sales and inventory insights
• Develop and maintain governed, high-quality data systems
• Design AI-driven automation workflows and intelligent agents
• Partner with business and engineering teams for data-driven decision making
