Location: Waterloo, IA Salary: $50.00 USD Hourly - $60.00 USD Hourly Description: Job Title: Data Scientist Location: Quad Cities Area, Des Moines, or Waterloo Job Type: Contract Team: AI Business Transformation About The Job We're looking for a Power Platform & Copilot Studio Developer to join our AI Business Transformation team. In this role, you'll design, build, and deploy automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools-including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Copilot Studio Agents. Your work will help accelerate digital transformation across frontline workflows and internal operations, driving efficiency and innovation at scale. Responsibilities • Build automation flows using Power Automate to eliminate manual tasks • Develop custom applications with Power Apps to enhance operational performance • Create intelligent agents using Copilot Studio for targeted business scenarios • Design and implement Generative AI models tailored to business needs • Lead end-to-end development of AI solutions-from data ingestion to model deployment • Stay current with trends in AI, machine learning, and data science • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions • Participate in solution reviews and demos to showcase impact • Document development processes and ensure solution integrity across environments Minimum Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools • Familiarity with Copilot Studio and conversational AI agent development • Proven experience deploying AI solutions in business environments • Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or similar frameworks • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and MLOps practices • Understanding of low-code/no-code development environments • Strong grasp of data flows, API integration, and automation logic • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities By providing your phone number, you consent to: (1) receive automated text messages and calls from the Judge Group, Inc. and its affiliates (collectively "Judge") to such phone number regarding job opportunities, your job application, and for other related purposes.
