Role description
Location - London 2 days
Rate - upto £540 Umbrella
EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
-Skills in Python or R (preferably both)
-Excellent organisational skills, both in version control (i.e. git), documentation, and prioritisation
-Excellent data literacy, data wrangling, exploratory data analysis skills, and statistics
-Ability to use modern data visualisation tools alongside storytelling to deliver compelling insights
-Machine learning on real-world data, both supervised and unsupervised, especially in using regression or other causal inference methods on hypothesis
-Curiosity and empathy in a problem-space, in turning a business problem into a data solution
-Experience or demonstrable interest/potential talent in the analysis of HR datasets
-Excellent understanding of SQL and databases
-Strong background in academic research, or experience in reading and interpreting academic research.
-Ability to manage and/or collaborate with cross-functional teams across geographies through influence
-Excellent written communication and presentation skills to a wide range of internal and external audiences, including executive level, with ability to summarise technical concepts to a non technical or generalist audience.
-Self starter, resilient and tenacious with focus on execution and delivery
-Ability to navigate within a changing, complex, culturally rich and geographically dispersed environment
-Understanding of the risk, privacy, and ethics landscape relating to HR data science, and the right skills to know when to escalate or own different risks
