Data Scientist - Level 3

Responsibilities Kforce is seeking an experienced Data Scientist Level 3 to join a content acceleration team in Columbus, OH. In this role, the Data Scientist will specifically enable the development of data-driven tools to author content more efficiently. They will be actively and cross-functionally involved in the entire AI/ML model development lifecycle from design to deployment. Requirements • Doctoral degree in a relevant field, or a combination of 3+ years of professional experience and a Master's degree in AI, Data Science, Statistics, or a related discipline • Conceptual knowledge of DS/AI through rigorous course work and industry applications • Demonstrated ability to apply DS/AI knowledge to lead projects from start to finish • Production experience with ML, NLP, and GenAI systems • Ability to create efficient, scalable Python code • Strong technical communication and collaboration skills • Experience with LangChain/LangSmith • Commitment to the field of education • Experience with the K-12 educational ecosystem The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs.
