Job Title: AI Specialist / Data Scientist (Remote)

Location: Remote (USA)
Type: Contract – 6 Months
Schedule: Monday to Friday, core hours (training on Phoenix time)
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML or data science roles.
• Strong proficiency in Python and libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Expertise with AWS SageMaker and other AWS services for ML deployment.
• Solid knowledge of NLP techniques and SQL.
• Experience communicating technical findings clearly to non-technical audiences.
Preferred Experience
• Previous work with chat or call center data.
• Familiarity with reinforcement learning, data lakes, or ETL pipelines.
• Understanding of the hospitality industry and customer experience optimization.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps practices and Agile teams.
