We are looking for a highly analytical and curious Data Scientist to join our Marketing Analytics team. In this role, you will partner closely with marketing, research, and product teams to deliver data-driven insights and solutions that optimize campaign effectiveness and guide strategic decisions.
You’ll work with complex and high-dimensional datasets to uncover actionable insights, evaluate marketing performance, and drive innovation through advanced analytics, experimentation, and modeling techniques.
Top 3 must-have HARD skills:
• Experience with SQL, Hive, Presto, Hadoop, or other data querying languages
• Experience using R or Python or Stata or a similar scripting language for statistical or econometric modeling
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, data science, marketing analytics, or similar quantitative fields, applying experimentation methods to test various hypotheses for various marketing outcomes such as customer segmentation, causal marketing measurement and media optimization
What You’ll Do:
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to scope, design, and execute analytical projects that assess and improve marketing impact.
• Analyze campaign performance using robust measurement frameworks and statistical modeling to ensure accountability and effectiveness.
• Generate hypotheses, design and evaluate experiments (e.g., A/B testing, multivariate tests), and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Build tools, models, and data products that support marketing decisions and improve customer understanding.
• Apply advanced techniques in segmentation, causal inference, survey analytics, and marketing optimization to solve key business problems.
What We’re Looking For:
• 3+ years of experience in data science, marketing analytics, or a related quantitative field, ideally applying experimentation methods to drive insights.
• Strong background in data manipulation, cleaning, and exploration with large, complex datasets.
• Proficiency in data querying languages (e.g., SQL) and working with structured and unstructured data sources.
• Solid experience in statistical or econometric modeling using tools like Python, R, or similar scripting languages.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and communicate them effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Data Science).
• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for solving real-world marketing problems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
