Data Scientist - Mid

Immediate need for a talented Data Scientist - Mid. This is a 12+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Irving, TX (Hybrid). Key Responsibilities: • You will be responsible for building and deploying AI/ML solutions that improve customer experience, enable innovative user experiences, and increase store revenue. • Engineers at 7Next have solid technical background but enjoy learning new languages, technologies, and frameworks. • From creating an experimental machine learning prototype to deploying a production-ready backend, engineers at Client take many hats to see projects to completion. Key Requirements and Technology Experience: • Key Skills; Data Science, Statistical Data Dcience, Customer Segmentation, Feature Engineering, AI/ML, SQL, Python, Pyspark, Databricks . • Total Data Scientist exp: 7+ years required • 6+ years of experience with statistical data science techniques, feature engineering, customer segmentation etc. • 6+ years of experience with SQL, PySpark and Python. • 6+ years of experience training, evaluating and deploying Machine Learning models. • 6+ years of experience with productionizing and deploying ML workloads in AWS/Azure. • Familiarity with containerized application tooling and deployments (Docker/Kubernetes) • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science/Engineering/Math, or relevant experience.
