Role description
We're looking for a Marketing Analyst / Data Scientist to join the team and help shape data-driven marketing strategy. In this role, you'll partner with Marketing, Sales, and Engineering to deliver insights that drive growth, optimise campaigns, and enhance customer engagement.
What you'll do:
β’ Build and maintain dashboards and visualisations (Tableau) to support marketing and sales.
β’ Analyse web, campaign, and customer data to identify trends and opportunities.
β’ Quantify the impact of marketing initiatives and run A/B tests to optimise performance.
β’ Collaborate cross-functionally to translate business needs into data solutions.
β’ Deliver clear, compelling insights through reports and presentations.
What we're looking for:
β’ MS/PhD in a quantitative field (Economics, Statistics, Data Science, etc.).
β’ 5+ years of experience in analytics, with strong Tableau, SQL, and Python skills.
β’ Experience with web analytics tools (Adobe or similar) and modern data platforms (Snowflake preferred).
β’ Strong communicator with proven ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.
β’ Knowledge of digital advertising or mobile app economy is a plus.
