Job Summary: We're looking for a motivated Data Scientist with 5 years of hands-on experience to join our fast-paced analytics team. You'll work on real business challenges, applying both proven methods and new ideas to drive impact. Expect to work across structured and unstructured data, using the latest tools in analytics and machine learning.
Responsibilities:
β’ Lead or collaborate on end-to-end analytics projects.
β’ Translate business needs into smart data solutions.
β’ Clean, explore, and prepare complex datasets.
β’ Build and test ML models using the right algorithms for the task.
β’ Support model deployment and performance tracking.
Technical Requirements:
β’ Python expertise with libraries like Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow or PyTorch.
β’ Strong EDA skills and ability to handle messy, incomplete, and unstructured data.
β’ Experience with machine learning (regression, classification, clustering, anomaly detection).
β’ Familiarity with fine-tuning LLMs (e.g., GPT, LLaMA) and using transfer learning techniques.
