You’ll bring language understanding to frontline scenarios, from transcription analysis to graph-based reasoning. 💼 What You’ll Be Doing: • Designing NLP pipelines for transcription, summarisation, and insight generation • Building modular LLM workflows (e.g. RAG, graph-based reasoning) for edge environments • Integrating structured and unstructured data (e.g. documents, graphs, event transcripts) • Containerising and optimising ML models for offline inference • Defining and implementing robust evaluation frameworks (human + metric-based) • Supporting secure deployment strategies and on-site exercises • Collaborating with engineers to align ML outputs with real-world decision-making needs 🧰 You Should Bring: • Proven experience training and deploying NLP and LLM models (summarisation, entity extraction, topic modelling) • Strong Python skills and familiarity with ML frameworks like HuggingFace, PyTorch/TensorFlow, spaCy, RAG tooling • Hands-on work with knowledge graphs or graph-enabled ML pipelines • Demonstrated ability to deploy in low-compute, air-gapped settings • Familiarity with evaluation methodologies, including human-in-the-loop techniques • (Bonus) Experience in Defence, aerospace, or secure systems This isn’t theoretical research.
