Summary: Seeking a Data Scientist to support machine learning projects focused on precision agriculture and intelligent farming equipment.
Requirements:
Competency in developing production-ready models using Python or similar languages.
Proficiency in data-access technologies like SQL, Spark, Databricks.
Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Kepler.gl.
Familiarity with machine learning models including regression and supervised learning.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with geospatial data analysis and remote sensing.
Knowledge of GIS tools and satellite imagery analysis.
Proficiency in Computer Vision & Machine Learning (CVML).
Familiarity with distributed datasets and various data structures.
Responsibilities:
Develop predictive models using high resolution machine and agronomic data.
Deliver production-ready machine learning approaches for precision agriculture data insights.
Define and analyze Key Performance Indicators for customer success outcomes.
Collaborate closely with Data Engineering teams to optimize data storage for analytics.
