Minimum Qualifications:
• 0–3 years of experience in data analysis or a related field
• Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline or equivalent practical experience
• Proficiency with statistical tools and database query languages
Preferred Qualifications:
• Demonstrated use of data science to enhance customer experience or business performance
• PhD in a quantitative field
• Hands-on experience with Python libraries such as PySpark, NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, XGBoost, Matplotlib, and lifelines
• Solid understanding of statistical and machine learning techniques including frequentist and Bayesian methods, forecasting, optimization, causal inference, and NLP
• Familiarity with version control systems
• Experience working with cloud-based data platforms
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to present insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
