About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Scientist to join our growing analytics team in Dallas. This is a hands-on role where youβll design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions that drive measurable impact across our business. Youβll work on diverse projects including predictive modelling, Generative AI/LLM applications, customer analytics, and real-time anomaly detection, collaborating with engineers, stakeholders, and product teams.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI models (classification, regression, NLP, computer vision, forecasting).
β’ Build and optimize end-to-end data pipelines using Python, SQL, Spark, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
β’ Implement Generative AI/LLM workflows (RAG, LangChain, Hugging Face, vector databases) for enterprise use cases.
β’ Conduct exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and model evaluation with tools like Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
β’ Develop and maintain ML pipelines with MLOps frameworks (MLflow, Docker, CI/CD, monitoring & retraining).
β’ Partner with business leaders to translate problems into data-driven solutions and deliver clear insights via dashboards (Tableau, Power BI).
β’ Ensure models are interpretable, compliant, and aligned with governance and security requirements.
What Weβre Looking For
β’ 8+ years total experience (must-have)
β’ 5+ yearsβ professional experience in data science, ML, or applied AI (candidates with more senior backgrounds are also encouraged to apply).
β’ Strong programming skills in Python and SQL; familiarity with R is a plus.
β’ Hands-on experience with cloud ML platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, or GCP Vertex AI).
β’ Proficiency in ML algorithms (tree-based models, neural networks, NLP, clustering, time-series forecasting).
β’ Experience with Generative AI/LLMs (GPT, BERT, LLaMA, or similar) and RAG/LLMOps workflows preferred.
β’ Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
