ON Data Staffing is partnering with a global Data & AI consulting firm to hire an experienced Data Scientist to join their growing consulting team.
🚀 What you’ll be doing
• Analyse large, complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and business insights
• Build and deploy predictive models and machine learning solutions (e.g. forecasting, segmentation, recommendations)
• Work closely with Data Engineers to ensure high-quality, production-ready data
• Communicate insights clearly through visualisations, reports, and presentations
• Partner with product and delivery teams to productionise data science solutions
• Experiment with new techniques, tools, and methodologies across ML & AI
• Stay current with emerging trends in data science and apply them in client work
🧠 What we’re looking for
• 4+ years’ experience in Data Science, ideally in a consulting or client-facing environment
• Strong background in statistics, machine learning, and data analysis
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Databricks
• Proficiency in Python or R, plus ML frameworks (e.g. scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Solid SQL skills and experience working with relational databases
• Experience with data visualisation tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate insights for non-technical stakeholders
