This role involves enhancing AI/ML capabilities and developing new AI-driven products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform business challenges into practical solutions using advanced data technologies. Collaborate with various departments to enhance AI/ML products for measurable business outcomes. Focus on improving existing AI/ML capabilities and developing new AI-driven solutions. Work with ambiguous business problems and provide reliable, secure solutions. Support BI, analytics engineering, data modeling, and reporting when needed. Contribute to the continuous improvement of production AI workflows. Ensure solutions align with business impact and measurement. Maintain documentation and version control for AI/ML work. Key Responsibilities Build and improve AI-powered products, including decision-support tools. Partner with engineering teams on system prompts and model configurations. Design evaluation frameworks for AI systems to ensure quality and safety. Monitor AI systems for performance, cost, and user feedback. Translate model outputs into actionable business workflows. Qualifications 2–6 years of experience in applied data science, machine learning, or analytics. Proficiency in programming languages and tools for data analysis and modeling. Experience with machine learning models, including classification and regression. Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to work with complex datasets and translate analysis into business solutions.
