Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. Rate: $45 - $52 / hr. w2 Responsibilities: β€’ Responsible for mining complex data and providing systems-related advice for their organization. β€’ Design new ways to incorporate vast information with a focus on information technology topics. β€’ Work with teams of other IT professionals to manage statistical data and create different models based on the needs of their company. β€’ Possess advanced analytical skills, in addition to their exceptional oral and written communication abilities. β€’ Process research information for easier consumption and transform it into actionable plans. β€’ Provide value to their businesses through their findings and thoughtful insights. IT data scientists follow specific, strict company and industry guidelines in their work. β€’ Observe data privacy rights to ensure client satisfaction and avoid legal issues. β€’ Create networks of professionals to consult, including internal partners and external colleagues. β€’ Work in teams using collaborative filtering, k-nearest neighbors, market basket analysis and matrix factorization methods. β€’ Deal with cutting edge technologies on a regular basis and often have the best tools available at their disposal. Requirements: β€’ Proficient in advanced data mining techniques including clustering, regression analysis, decision trees, and support vector machines. β€’ Skilled in statistical modeling methods such as collaborative filtering, k-nearest neighbors, market basket analysis, and matrix factorization. β€’ Strong analytical abilities with a focus on transforming complex data into actionable business insights. β€’ Excellent oral and written communication skills; able to present findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences. β€’ Knowledgeable in data privacy regulations and committed to ethical data handling practices. β€’ Bilingual in English and Spanish, with professional proficiency in both languages.
