Job Title: Senior Data Quantitative Analyst

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and analytical Senior Data Quantitative Analyst to conduct advanced statistical analyses, extract insights from large, complex datasets, and support decision-making across business portfolios. This role involves close collaboration with technical and non-technical teams to explain the business impact of data-driven findings.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Explore, profile, and mine large-scale data sets to extract actionable insights.
β’ Perform complex data manipulation and statistical analysis using SQL, SAS, and/or Python.
β’ Modify and maintain data structures, and document processes to improve data accessibility and efficiency.
β’ Develop visualizations and concise materials to present analysis results to senior business stakeholders.
β’ Monitor and report on performance across multiple portfolios or campaigns, explaining variances and interactions.
β’ Work with visualization specialists to build interactive dashboards and data tools.
β’ Mentor and support junior team members in their technical and analytical development.
β’ Ensure compliance with internal risk and control standards; proactively identify and escalate potential risks.
β’ Maintain internal control standards and address audit findings promptly.
Qualifications:
Required:
β’ 5+ years of hands-on experience with SQL for data manipulation and querying.
β’ Proficiency in SAS and/or Python for statistical analysis and data handling.
β’ Strong foundation in statistical and quantitative analysis techniques.
β’ Ability to translate complex data into clear, business-focused insights.
β’ Experience in working with large datasets and data warehousing environments.
Preferred:
β’ Background in Financial Services or a related industry.
β’ Experience creating dashboards and interactive data visualizations.
β’ Familiarity with risk and compliance procedures in a regulated environment.
