Duration: 12 months contract Location: Hybrid (Los Angeles, CA 90071) • • ONLY OPEN TO W2 CONTRACT • • • No sponsorship available Swoon is actively seeking a Data Specialist to join the team of our client - a fortune 1000 company! The Data Specialist is a key member of the marketing team and is responsible for reviewing a variety of marketing materials to ensure the highest quality deliverables. The editorial specialist will work with various internal groups to manage projects and ensure all tasks are scheduled and completed on time. Duties • You will be working to support writers and Editorial Specialists to pull data, help maintain backup, communicate with other teams on periodic updates and broadly help support data gathering and visualization for the content in our marketing materials. • Verifies statistics and facts against internal and external sources. • Assist writers with pulling data from a variety of systems to update statistical information, and with compiling and organizing approved backup materials for use in fact-checking and recordkeeping. Top Skills/Qualifications • Must have 1-3 years of Data specialist experienceMust possess strong communication skills to act as a liaison between stakeholders • Must have intermediate to advanced Excel skills, which include the ability to produce graphs and tables, use spreadsheets efficiently, and perform calculations and automation to process large volumes of data. • Financial Industry experience (Desired) Skills • Must have a keen attention to detail and eagerness to hone financial and data skills • Demonstrates sound judgment when resolving matters of moderate complexity. • Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills. • Demonstrates the ability to work in a team environment and across broad, diverse groups; demonstrates strong interpersonal skills. • Demonstrates ability to follow production schedules, track deliverables, solve problems and escalate issues as appropriate.
