Role description
We are hiring Data Transformation Analyst (Data Quality / Reconciliation / Migration / Enterprise Data Platform (EDP))
Location : Hybrid - London
• 9+ years of total experience (or equivalent seniority) with a proven track record in Enterprise Data Platform (EDP) migration projects, spanning from initial data profiling and source-to-target mapping to cutover, stabilization, and post-migration support.
• Should have experience working within highly regulated environments, specifically Banking or Financial Services
• Expert-level ability to conduct deep data reconciliation and validation between legacy systems and target EDPs, ensuring data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across large-scale financial datasets.
• Advanced SQL for complex querying and troubleshooting, alongside a strong understanding of modern data architectures like Data Lakes, Lakehouses, and Data Warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, AWS, or Azure).
• Deep functional knowledge of conceptual, logical, and physical data models, facts/dimensions, and the ability to analyze and debug ETL/ELT pipelines and transformation logic.
• Proficiency in maintaining critical migration artifacts, including technical data dictionaries, lineage documentation, and mapping rules
