Role description
Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Senior Tableau Developer to fill an open position with one of our clients in the pharmaceutical and healthcare e-commerce industry. This role is a key contributor to a large-scale e-commerce platform supporting a major pharmaceutical division, with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making. You will maintain and expand Tableau dashboards that track customer migration, feature adoption, and platform performance while helping business stakeholders gain actionable insights. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a high-impact platform transformation with visibility across enterprise teams.
A Little About This Gig
• Maintain, enhance, and optimize Tableau dashboards and datasets supporting platform migration and feature utilization
• Troubleshoot and improve reporting workflows to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and scalability
• Partner with product owners and stakeholders to translate business requirements into KPIs and data visualizations
• Develop and automate reporting solutions while analyzing performance metrics and forecasting trends
The Ideal Candidate
• 3+ years of hands-on Tableau development experience, including dashboard creation and server optimization
• Advanced SQL skills with experience in BigQuery, SQL Server, and/or Oracle environments
• Strong expertise in data visualization, reporting automation, and performance analysis
• Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with enterprise-level stakeholders
• Proven ability to work independently, solve complex problems, and manage projects with minimal oversight
• Familiarity with healthcare systems or e-commerce business solutions
• Tableau certification is a plus
