Key Responsibilities:
β’ Lead and contribute to the development of analytical models, reports, and dashboards
β’ Apply statistical techniques to payment data to uncover technical issues and trends
β’ Collaborate with stakeholders across business and technical functions to define data needs and solutions
β’ Interpret and translate technical data into meaningful narratives for non-technical stakeholders
β’ Support and document initiatives to meet audit and compliance requirements
β’ Host and contribute to cross-functional discussions within the team and wider business
β’ Align analytics output with business strategy and technical remediation goals
Key Skills & Experience:
β’ Solid background in payments, data analytics, or technology operations
β’ Advanced skills in SQL and data visualisation (e.g. Tableau)
β’ Experience using R and Python for statistical analysis
β’ Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
β’ Minimum 5 yearsβ experience in a data analytics or payments-focused role
