The Data Visualization Specialist will assist with migrating existing Tableau dashboards to Hex, ensuring data accuracy and enhancing user experience through strong technical skills in SQL and Python. Responsibilities: • Work with the lead charging analytics engineer to understand charging systems & data. • Develop data assets, tools, and dashboards that provide rich visualization, self-service, and high accuracy insights to charging partners and stakeholders. • Collaborate with Our Client´s Adventure Network partners: Go-to-Market, product management, software engineering, and business stakeholders to develop dashboard and tool requirements. • Develop data assets, tools, and dashboards that provide rich visualization, self-service, and high accuracy insights to charging partners and stakeholders. • Experience developing user-facing applications and visualizations in Hex, Plotly Dash, R Shiny, Python or similar platforms with focus on user experience and presentation. • Strong communicator, adapts presenting technical solutions to senior stakeholders and building relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Qualifications: Required: • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, analytics, or equivalent practical experience, 3+ years of analytics focused experience. • Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python. • Strong proficiency developing data visualizations in Python’s Plotly or similar packages. • Experience developing user-facing applications in Hex, Plotly Dash, R Shiny, or similar platforms with focus on user experience and presentation. • Extremely detail and solutions-oriented mindset. Preferred: • Advanced proficiency with Hex. • Experience with git, DBT, Databricks, AWS. • Experience or knowledge of the energy industry, EV charging, or software systems is a huge plus. • Experience collaborating across multiple teams. • Strong communicator, adapts presenting technical solutions to senior stakeholders and building relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
