Data Visualization Specialist

Data Visualization Specialist LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a data visualization specialist with 5+ or more years of experience for a 6 month contract opportunity for our healthcare client based in Nashville, TN. This role is 100% remote CST or EST. This is a great contract role that offers the opportunity to work with a results-oriented and dedicated team. Responsibilities: • Design and deliver clear, compelling dashboards and visualizations that communicate financial and operational performance to senior leaders and client-facing teams. • Serve as a highly visible “pitch-style” resource, supporting presentations, executive readouts, and client-facing materials. • Partner closely with stakeholders across finance, marketing, operations, and leadership to understand data needs and translate them into impactful visual stories. • Pull, blend, and validate data from Salesforce and Marketing Cloud, leveraging evolving data models to improve accessibility and accuracy Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or related fields • Advanced proficiency in Power BI; prior hands-on experience with Tableau strongly preferred • Strong ability to translate complex datasets into intuitive, audience‑appropriate visual narratives. • Comfort working in a high‑visibility role, supporting executive and client-facing stakeholders • Excellent communication skills with the confidence to present insights and recommendations Experience: • 5+ years of experience in data visualization, analytics, or business intelligence roles Employment Type: 6+ month contract Compensation: $48.00-$55.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
