Data Warehouse Developer / DW Analyst

Key Responsibilities Only W2 • Design and develop ETL pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from multiple data sources. • Build and maintain data warehouse and data models to support analytics and reporting. • Develop scalable data processing solutions using cloud technologies. • Create scripts and services to integrate various internal and external data sources. • Translate functional and technical requirements into technical designs and solutions. • Implement data ingestion and analytics pipelines for large datasets. • Work closely with analytics, reporting, and statistics teams to support business intelligence initiatives. • Evaluate and implement optimal data storage and processing technologies. • Develop high-performance services for data tracking and analytics. Required Skills • Experience with Azure, Snowflake, or other cloud data platforms • Strong understanding of data warehousing and data modeling techniques • Experience with SQL and data programming languages (C++, Java, or similar) • Experience with ETL processes and data pipeline development • Knowledge of databases, stored procedures, and scripting languages • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills Preferred Skills • 5+ years of programming experience • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience or relevant certifications • Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments • Knowledge of national justice data standards such as USJR, NODS, NIEM, or Justice Counts • Experience working with state courts or justice systems
