Role description
Key Responsibilities Only W2 β€’ Design and develop ETL pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from multiple data sources. β€’ Build and maintain data warehouse and data models to support analytics and reporting. β€’ Develop scalable data processing solutions using cloud technologies. β€’ Create scripts and services to integrate various internal and external data sources. β€’ Translate functional and technical requirements into technical designs and solutions. β€’ Implement data ingestion and analytics pipelines for large datasets. β€’ Work closely with analytics, reporting, and statistics teams to support business intelligence initiatives. β€’ Evaluate and implement optimal data storage and processing technologies. β€’ Develop high-performance services for data tracking and analytics. Required Skills β€’ Experience with Azure, Snowflake, or other cloud data platforms β€’ Strong understanding of data warehousing and data modeling techniques β€’ Experience with SQL and data programming languages (C++, Java, or similar) β€’ Experience with ETL processes and data pipeline development β€’ Knowledge of databases, stored procedures, and scripting languages β€’ Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI β€’ Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills Preferred Skills β€’ 5+ years of programming experience β€’ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience or relevant certifications β€’ Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments β€’ Knowledge of national justice data standards such as USJR, NODS, NIEM, or Justice Counts β€’ Experience working with state courts or justice systems
