Responsibilities Kforce has a client in Boston, MA that is seeking a Database Developer with domain expertise in Data Engineering to support our work on an extensive range of Equity Trading products. We are looking for top engineering talent as we design, build and advance our software solutions. This role involves working in an agile team, in a highly collaborative and engaging environment and be adaptable to shifting priorities. Requirements • 12+ years ofexperience as a software engineer, delivering software using agile development practices • Able to write highly performant and well written PLSQL with proficiency, quality and passion • Experience and proficiency in performing data analysis • Exposure to Snowflake, python and AWS to preferred • Exposure to Continuous Integration & Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) practices specifically in the data engineering space • Exposure to test automation frameworks that support all types of testing (unit, component, integration, system etc.) carried out through CI/CD pipelines • You can use test-driven approach to developing software and can build or contribute to automated testing frameworks that can detect any anomalies in functionality, performance and integration • Able to clearly document design options and decisions, and present these in an organized manner to technical as well as non-technical audiences • Strong contributor with a collaborative work style in building, designing and reviewing code The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range.
