He wants someone that can work with the onshore & offshore teams to mentor and make recommendations on current work. He needs this person to review what they've been doing in Teradata and Python scripting and look to improve on it.
He really prefers Teradata, Python and Hadoop. BUT, Teradata and Python are the two most critical skills.
