In this contract-to-hire role, you will play a key part in supporting our HRIS transformation efforts, working to help analyze, configure, test, and optimize processes between Workday and Dayforce as part of a system migration and integration project. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation in both platforms but will be especially experienced in the functional configuration and process optimization within Dayforce, supporting HR, Payroll, and Workforce Management teams.

Key Responsibilities:

   • Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams, HR, Payroll, and leadership for Workday to Dayforce-related projects.

   • Perform business and systems analysis to gather requirements, document current and future processes, and identify areas for improvement.

   • Lead functional configuration and process design within Dayforce modules (Core HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, etc.).

   • Support and validate data conversion, system integration, and parallel payroll testing activities between Workday and Dayforce.

   • Collaborate with IT and vendor teams to ensure technical requirements and integrations are effectively delivered.

   • Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), issue tracking, and resolution.

   • Develop and deliver end-user training and support documentation as needed.

   • Provide ongoing post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and optimization.

Must Have Skills:

   • 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within HRIS or HCM environments.

   • Strong technical understanding of both Workday and Dayforce platforms.

   • Functional expertise and hands-on configuration experience in Dayforce.

   • Experience supporting system migrations, data conversions, and integrations between enterprise HCM systems.

   • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and vice versa.

   • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Plus/Nice to Have Skills:

   • Experience with Workday HCM implementations or integrations.

   • Previous involvement in large-scale HR technology transformations or platform consolidations.

   • Familiarity with payroll processing and labor compliance.
