Role description
Job Title: DDI Engineer Location: Merrimack, NH Salary Range: 70 w2 (MUST BE W2) Introduction We are seeking a skilled DDI Engineer to join our infrastructure team. This role focuses on supporting and maintaining DNS, DHCP, and IP address management (IPAM) services across hybrid on-premises and cloud environments. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and experienced in scripting, observability tools, and cloud-based infrastructure management. Required Skills & Qualifications β€’ 3–5 years of experience supporting network and DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM) infrastructure β€’ Hands-on experience with BIND, Infoblox, or other DDI solutions β€’ Strong troubleshooting skills for DNS and DHCP issues β€’ Experience managing and deploying cloud-based infrastructure β€’ Proficiency with Python, Ansible, or Shell scripting β€’ Working knowledge of Red Hat Enterprise Linux Preferred Skills & Qualifications β€’ Familiarity with observability tools such as Splunk and Datadog β€’ Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences β€’ Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team environment β€’ Proven ability to spot anomalies in DNS configurations and logs β€’ Structured approach to problem-solving and issue resolution β€’ Commitment to documentation and knowledge sharing Day-to-Day Responsibilities β€’ Support and maintain DNS, DHCP, and IPAM infrastructure to ensure enterprise-wide reliability β€’ Coordinate with internal teams to implement changes, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance β€’ Monitor and analyze DNS metrics, traffic, and logs to proactively identify risks β€’ Integrate observability tools to improve visibility, incident response, and root cause analysis β€’ Collaborate with cloud and network engineering teams to align DNS architecture with hybrid and multi-cloud strategies β€’ Apply IT Service Management (ITSM) methodologies to maintain high service delivery standards Benefits & Culture We are committed to creating a collaborative and innovative work environment where technical expertise and continuous improvement are valued. #TECH #Onsite
