Role description
Description We are seeking a Deal Desk / Revenue Operations Analyst to join our team on a contract basis. This role supports the validation and processing of deal submissions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal frameworks. You’ll work cross-functionally with sales, finance, and legal teams to streamline deal approvals and maintain clear reporting. Responsibilities β€’ Review and validate deal submissions in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) against defined deal frameworks. β€’ Use Tableau (or similar BI tools) to filter, analyze, and visualize deal data. β€’ Identify and escalate non-standard deals to appropriate stakeholders (finance, legal, sales). β€’ Provide clear guidance to sales teams when submissions require corrections. β€’ Maintain trackers in Excel/Google Sheets to log submissions, monitor volume, and surface recurring issues. β€’ Collaborate with sales, finance, and operations teams to improve efficiency and accuracy in the deal approval process. Additional Skills & Qualifications β€’ 2–5 years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Order Management. β€’ Hands-on experience with Salesforce (validation, workflows, reporting). β€’ Familiarity with Tableau or other BI/data visualization tools. β€’ Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, lookups, data organization). β€’ Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. β€’ Ability to communicate effectively and escalate to the right teams when needed. β€’ Experience in SaaS, adtech, or enterprise technology environments a plus.
