We are seeking a Deal Desk / Revenue Operations Analyst to join our team on a contract basis. This role supports the validation and processing of deal submissions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal frameworks. Youβll work cross-functionally with sales, finance, and legal teams to streamline deal approvals and maintain clear reporting.
Responsibilities
β’ Review and validate deal submissions in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) against defined deal frameworks.
β’ Use Tableau (or similar BI tools) to filter, analyze, and visualize deal data.
β’ Identify and escalate non-standard deals to appropriate stakeholders (finance, legal, sales).
β’ Provide clear guidance to sales teams when submissions require corrections.
β’ Maintain trackers in Excel/Google Sheets to log submissions, monitor volume, and surface recurring issues.
β’ Collaborate with sales, finance, and operations teams to improve efficiency and accuracy in the deal approval process.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
β’ 2β5 years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Order Management.
β’ Hands-on experience with Salesforce (validation, workflows, reporting).
β’ Familiarity with Tableau or other BI/data visualization tools.
β’ Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, lookups, data organization).
β’ Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
β’ Ability to communicate effectively and escalate to the right teams when needed.
β’ Experience in SaaS, adtech, or enterprise technology environments a plus.
