Delivery Consultant

We are looking for a Delivery Consultant with strong hands-on Agile delivery experience to support project execution within the automotive/manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be a practitioner rather than a theorist, someone who actively drives delivery, manages work through Jira, and uses Power BI to track and present delivery metrics. This role requires someone who can effectively blend Agile and Waterfall methodologies depending on project needs, while maintaining an Agile mindset across delivery teams. Key Responsibilities • Drive end-to-end project delivery using Agile principles while adapting to hybrid Agile + Waterfall environments. • Act as a hands-on delivery lead, actively working with teams rather than only facilitating Agile ceremonies. • Configure, manage, and optimize Jira for project tracking, backlog management, sprint planning, and reporting. • Ensure effective sprint execution, backlog prioritization, and delivery tracking. • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for delivery metrics, progress tracking, and executive reporting. • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to align delivery goals. • Identify and resolve delivery risks, dependencies, and blockers. • Drive adoption of Agile best practices while maintaining flexibility in hybrid delivery models. • Provide data-driven insights on delivery performance. Required Skills • Strong hands-on Agile delivery experience (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid models). • Expert-level Jira experience – must have executed and managed projects using Jira. • Experience configuring Jira workflows, dashboards, boards, and reporting structures. • Strong Power BI expertise for delivery reporting and visualization. • Proven ability to blend Agile and Waterfall approaches depending on program requirements. • Experience working in complex, cross-functional delivery environments. • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications • Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry. • Agile certifications such as CSM, SAFe, or PMI-ACP. • Experience supporting large-scale enterprise delivery programs. Additional Responsibilities • Participate in OP monthly team meetings and participate in team-building efforts. • Contribute to OP technical discussions, peer reviews, etc. • Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base. • Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
