Responsibilities
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Developer I in Dallas, TX. Responsibilities:
• Developer I will participate in development efforts to design, develop and implement target state cloud-based technologies across the enterprise
• Work with the stakeholders and other enterprise developers to formulate plans and solutions that support the enterprise goals, implement efficient end-to-end processes and leverage use of existing IT assets
• As a Developer I, you will align strategic goals and objectives with key business and IT initiatives
• Work to develop an integrated view of the enterprise using a repeatable approach, cohesive framework, industry standard techniques and best practices
Requirements
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
• Proficiency with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) using Agile methodologies
• Solid knowledge of the programming language(s), application server, compute, database server and/or architecture of the system being developed
• Knowledge of AWS Cloud development and associated service
• Solid understanding of current programming languages and employs any/all of these languages to solve the business needs of Company's internal customers
• Knowledge of one or more of the following languages/services: Python, SQL, Glue ETL, ECS, EMR, Lambda, Redshift, DMS, SQS/SNS, PostGres RDS, S3, Oracle and Java
• Knowledge of Test Automation tools and best practices
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
