Developer - Java/Spring Batch/AWS Cloud Services

Responsibilities Kforce has a client in Durham, NC that is seeking a Developer. Requirements • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related technical field • 5+ years of experience in Java • 5+ years of experience Automation of Rest APIs and Database components • 3+ years of working experience in Cloud technology • 3+ years of working experience in AWS Services and capabilities • Working experience in agile methodology leading the team with proficiency in agile tools like JIRA • Working experience in Rest based Microservices built using frameworks like Spring, Mybatis etc. • Working knowledge of Event driven systems • Working experience in Cloud based infrastructure and Continuous Integration & Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices • Experience and/or certification with Amazon Web Services required • Experience building data pipelines using AWS S3, Lambda, Python, etc. • Experience working in an Agile team • Great collaboration skills and can work with different partners and drive business solutions • Out of the box problem solving skills and willingness to learn and experiment new technologies • Proactive working style with ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities at once • Possess good inter-personal skills and can articulate your thoughts and questions clearly • Ability to handle multiple simultaneous tasks, showing experienced skills in Analytical & Problem-solving skills • Strong contributor and experienced developer with proactive with a reciprocal work style • Ability to establish and maintain trusted relationships with all partners • Desire and aptitude for learning new technologies • Standout colleague, self-starter, collaborative, innovative and eager to learn every day • Enjoy experimental development solutions and apply them The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
