Developer – SampleManager LIMS

Developer – SampleManager LIMS (v12.3) Location: Houston, TX (Open to Remote) Duration: 6 Months We are seeking an experienced SampleManager LIMS Developer to design, configure, and enhance ThermoFisher SampleManager LIMS v12.3 within a regulated laboratory environment. This role focuses on workflow customization, system integration, and technical support across multi-site teams. Key Responsibilities • Configure and customize SampleManager LIMS v12.3 modules, workflows, dashboards, and interfaces • Develop extensions/scripts using C#, .NET, SQL Server • Integrate LIMS with ERP/MES and other lab systems using SOAP/XML web services • Support data migration, validation, and optimization across Oracle/SQL databases • Troubleshoot system issues and support end-users across lab and business teams • Prepare technical documentation, design specs, and deployment materials • Ensure compliance with GxP and lab operational standards Required Skills • Hands-on expertise with SampleManager LIMS v12.3 (architecture, configuration, web client) • Strong development experience with C#, .NET, SQL Server • Experience integrating systems using SOAP/XML web services • Solid understanding of lab workflows and regulated environments (GxP) • Experience with complex data migration, validation, and performance tuning Preferred Qualifications • Experience with custom web solutions for SampleManager • Knowledge of DR planning, high-availability environments, and performance optimization
