Description
We are looking for an experienced Developer with expertise in Sitefinity CMS to join our team on a long-term contract basis. Based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, this role focuses on enhancing our public-facing website to drive lead generation and improve user experience. Candidates will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful web solutions.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement updated layouts and templates for key pages to enhance visitor engagement and lead conversion.
Develop and optimize landing pages tailored for marketing campaigns and lead generation.
Integrate and improve Sitefinity forms and content modules to streamline data capture and user interactions.
Ensure seamless integration with tools such as Salesforce, Google Tag Manager, and analytics tracking systems.
Conduct quality assurance testing to ensure functionality, responsiveness, and accessibility across devices.
Collaborate closely with marketing and design teams to align web solutions with branding strategies.
Enhance mobile responsiveness and accessibility to ensure a smooth user experience across platforms.
Provide documentation and knowledge transfer to internal staff for ongoing maintenance and updates.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in web development, with a strong focus on Sitefinity CMS.
Proficiency in front-end and back-end technologies, including JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and ASP.NET.
Expertise in responsive web design and interactive design principles.
Experience with Salesforce integration and lead generation tools.
Familiarity with Google Tag Manager and web analytics tracking.
Strong understanding of conversion-focused design and gated content strategies.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Sitefinity certification and experience in financial services or regulated industries are a plus.
