Technical Sr Developer – Guidewire InsuranceNow (ACX)
Location: Remote (U.S. Based)
We are actively looking for a highly experienced Technical Sr Developer with strong Guidewire InsuranceNow (ACX) expertise to support enterprise-scale Property & Casualty insurance transformation initiatives.
Must-Have Skills:
• Guidewire InsuranceNow (ACX)
• Java
• XML & jQuery
• SOAP / REST APIs
• Product Configuration & Underwriting Rules
• P&C Insurance Domain Experience
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead InsuranceNow configuration and enhancement initiatives
• Implement rate filings, product versions, and underwriting rule changes
• Drive technical design, integrations, and release quality
• Support multi-state product and regulatory changes
• Collaborate with Product, QA, Architecture, and Business teams
• Review code/configurations and mentor development teams
• Ensure governance, scalability, and production readiness
Preferred Experience:
• Multi-state regulatory filings
• InsuranceNow API integrations
• Agile pod delivery models
• Leadership and mentorship experience
