Senior Salesforce DevOps engineer role within an agile team enhancing the Contact Centre Platform using Salesforce Service Cloud, Service Cloud Voice, and Amazon Connect. You'll drive deployment automation, ensure coding standards, handle secure data, and support live implementations.
Key Skills:
• Salesforce (Service Cloud, LWC, Experience Cloud)
• DevOps tools (Copado, GitHub, Salesforce DX)
• Amazon Connect
• Agile/Scrum practices, unit testing, and monitoring
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills
Certifications Preferred:
Required Salesforce certs including Admin, Platform Developer I & II, Service Cloud Consultant, plus Trailhead Superbadges.
