This is your chance to contribute to a mission-critical national programme that’s transforming how secure digital collaboration happens. 🔧 Your Mission: You’ll work alongside multidisciplinary teams to deploy and maintain secure, scalable, real-time communication platforms—supporting classified use cases and future-ready tech stacks. 🛠️ Your Responsibilities: • Deploy and manage containerised services (Docker + Kubernetes) • Configure and customise open-source VTC and chat platforms (e.g., Rocket.Chat) • Build integrations: bots, SSO, LDAP, webhooks • Drive CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD) • Ensure compliance via TLS, RBAC, OAuth2 • Troubleshoot platform issues, provide 3rd-line support • Collaborate on architecture, observability, and system security 🌐 You Bring: • Strong experience in Docker & Kubernetes (prod-ready environments) • Open-source VTC/chat platforms knowledge highly desirable • Familiarity with WebRTC, SIP, STUN/TURN protocols • Scripting skills: Bash, Python, Node.js • Proven Linux admin and network/firewall config skills • Experience across cloud & on-prem Kubernetes clusters • CI/CD tools: Helm, GitOps, ArgoCD • Exposure to secure enclaves, Zero Trust, secure comms • Familiarity with: MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis 📢 Why Apply?
