Role description
We are looking for a mid-level DevOps Engineer with around 5+ years of experience. This is not a very senior role, but it requires strong hands-on skills in AWS, Python, and modern DevOps tools.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and certified DevOps Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud infrastructure (AWS), Python automation, and CI/CD pipeline management. This role involves working closely with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to support the scalable deployment of microservices-based web applications.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Groovy scripting.
β’ Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration with Terraform and Ansible.
β’ Develop and maintain Python automation scripts for deployment, testing, and operational tasks.
β’ Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and orchestrate them with Kubernetes.
β’ Design and maintain AWS infrastructure services (EC2, VPC, S3, RDS, IAM, CloudFormation).
β’ Collaborate with development and QA teams to streamline software delivery.
β’ Monitor and optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability.
Required Qualifications
β’ AWS Certified (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer).
β’ Python Certification or proven expertise in Python scripting.
β’ Proficiency in Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, and Docker.
β’ Strong experience with Jenkins and Groovy pipeline scripting.
β’ Minimum 5 years of hands-on DevOps experience in infrastructure automation and CI/CD.
β’ Proven track record in managing web application deployments, especially microservices-based architectures.
Preferred Qualifications
β’ Experience in the Electric Vehicle (EV) domain (a plus).
β’ Exposure to mobile and web applications.
β’ Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog.
