Lead DevOps Engineer (Remote – Full-Time) Overview We are seeking an experienced Lead DevOps Engineer to design, build, and maintain our cloud infrastructure and automation frameworks. In this role, you’ll take ownership of Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD pipeline architecture, and end-to-end infrastructure support, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing environments across multiple cloud platforms. Key Responsibilities β€’ Design, implement, and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform. β€’ Lead the architecture and implementation of CI/CD pipelines leveraging AWS, Bitbucket, and related tools. β€’ Develop scripts and automation to support IaC and deployment workflows. β€’ Oversee system administration and day-to-day infrastructure operations. β€’ Maintain environment consistency and apply SDLC best practices across development, testing, and production systems. β€’ Collaborate with engineering and development teams to streamline releases and improve reliability. β€’ Provide technical leadership and mentorship on DevOps practices, tools, and automation. Qualifications β€’ 8+ years of experience in infrastructure automation, DevOps, or related software development roles. β€’ Expert proficiency in Terraform for IaC. β€’ Expert proficiency in Docker and container orchestration. β€’ Strong experience with AWS (8+ years), including hands-on infrastructure design and support. β€’ Experience building and maintaining systems in Azure and GCP (preferred). β€’ 4+ years of experience with Kibana for monitoring and observability. β€’ Strong understanding of CI/CD, SDLC best practices, and version control systems (e.g., Bitbucket, Git). β€’ Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. β€’ Certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer are a plus.
