The Role
Joining a team of Red Badger consultants already working on this project for our client, The DevOps engineer will work closely with the delivery team and subject matter experts to build an AWS platform to support development and scaling of the application. The engineer should be proficient in Cloud Engineering/Infrastructure, CI/CD and DevOps methods and ideally have some knowledge in MLOps for the creation of, deployment and maintenance of machine learning models into a production environment.
Key responsibilities >
β’ Design and implement cloud solutions, build MLOps on cloud (AWS)
β’ Build CI/CD pipelines orchestration by GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Circle CI, Airflow or similar tools.
β’ Data science model review, containerization, deployment, versioning, and monitoring of its quality.
β’ Data science models testing validation and tests automation.
β’ Communicate with a team of data scientists, data engineers and architect, and document the processes.
Experience >
β’ Experience in using AZURE, CDK / Terraform, Lambdas. Kubernetes, Microservices or event-driven architectures.
β’ Ability to design and implement cloud solutions and ability to build application infrastructure and MLOps capabilities on cloud solutions(AWS)
β’ Experience with container technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift
β’ Good understanding of Linux Knowledge of any of the following: Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Terraform/CDK
β’ Ability to understand tools used by data scientists and experience with software development and test automation.
β’ Fluent in English, good communication skills and ability to work in a team
β’ Experience with MLOps Frameworks like Kubeflow, MLFlow, DataRobot, Airflow etc.
