DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities Kforce has client in Houston, TX looking for an experienced and proactive DevOps Engineer is needed to support multiple application development teams across a diverse technology landscape. Summary: This role is instrumental in automating and optimizing infrastructure and application delivery using tools such as Terraform, Azure DevOps, and Git. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with modern DevOps practices in hybrid cloud environments (Azure and AWS) and be comfortable working with platforms like Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O) and Microsoft Power Platform. Requirements • 3+ years of hands-on DevOps experience with cloud-native and enterprise applications • Strong experience with Azure DevOps (Repos, Pipelines, Artifacts, Boards) • Proficiency in Terraform for infrastructure automation across Azure and AWS • Advanced Git user with a solid understanding of GitOps practices • Familiarity with D365 F&O build/release processes and Power Platform ALM • Scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, or Python • Strong understanding of Azure and AWS services related to compute, networking, identity, and monitoring • Experience managing environment configurations, secrets, and secure deployment practices Preferred Qualifications • Relevant certifications (e.g., AZ-400, AZ-104, PL-200, or AWS equivalents) • Experience with Lifecycle Services (LCS) for D365 F&O • Exposure to Power Platform DevOps, including automated deployments of Power Apps and Power Automate • Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools (AKS/EKS) The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs.
