Role description
DevOps Engineer β Computer Vision Scale-Up
London based but can offer remote work
Iβm partnered with a rapidly growing AI business working at the forefront of computer vision, data privacy, and secure visual intelligence. Theyβre expanding their engineering function and are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join their team and help scale their platform.
This is a brilliant role for someone who enjoys autonomy, problem-solving, and working closely with a highly technical leadership team.
The Role
Youβll be working across cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, monitoring and automation, supporting a platform that processes high-volume video and ML workloads. Youβll collaborate directly with the CTO and engineering teams to improve reliability, deployment speed, and overall platform performance.
What Youβll Be Doing
β’ Building and improving cloud infrastructure (AWS or Azure) using IaC such as Terraform/Bicep
β’ Enhancing CI/CD pipelines and release automation (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab etc.)
β’ Designing and implementing monitoring, logging and alerting (Prometheus, Grafana, cloud-native tools)
β’ Supporting ML-driven services, serverless functions and data pipelines
β’ Improving automation and DevOps best practices across the engineering team
β’ Helping define platform architecture as the company scales
What Theyβre Looking For
β’ Strong commercial experience with AWS or Azure in production environments
β’ Solid Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, CloudFormation, etc.)
β’ Hands-on with CI/CD, build/release pipelines, and automation
β’ Exposure to containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, ECS/AKS)
β’ Experience with monitoring / observability
β’ Interest in AI, ML pipelines, or MLOps (experience highly beneficial but not essential)
β’ Someone who enjoys ownership, autonomy and working in a small, smart engineering team
Why itβs a great move
β’ High-impact role working directly with engineering leadership
β’ Opportunity to work in a fast-growing AI/ML domain
β’ Lots of influence across tooling, processes and future platform direction
β’ Strong culture, supportive team, and room for progression
