

DevOps Engineer
Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with various stakeholders, influencing decisions to align to customer goals.
• Design, develop, test, and implement data engineering processes to generate analytical and reporting solutions.
• Analyze and prepare the data needed for data science-based outcomes.
• Manage and maintain metadata data structures besides providing necessary support as needed.
• Demonstrate domain expertise, develop, and execute program plans and proactively solicit feedback from stakeholders to identify improvement actions.
• Leverage standard suite of platform and core module analytics & algorithms, software application capabilities, strong engineering & analytics backgrounds.
• Responsible for the overall design, documentation, maintenance, and translation of business needs into long-term architecture solutions.
• Identify and lead automation of repetitive processes to minimize errors and maximize service delivery.
• Partner with users and product team to understand their data product operational needs; translate these into a support model for billing products.
• Track KPIs to communicate operational status to users and leadership.
Technical Expertise:
• Knowledge of cloud formation
• Experience with data pipelines
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure) and architecture
• Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell)
• A passion for staying updated with the latest trends and industry advancements
• Comfort in ambiguity

• Ability to develop and follow procedures.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, particularly in documenting and teaching installation and configuration processes
